HSES Coach & Trainer
Reports to:
Operationally: Europe HSES Coaching Manager
Functionally: Regional QHSE VP
Key Interactions:
· Internally: Corporate functions, RBU VP, BU Management teams, Project teams, One fleet asset operations
· Externally: Clients, sub-contractors & suppliers
Job Scope:
· Delivery of the corporate Pulse programme throughout the region
· Delivery of additional HSES training and coaching to support projects, sites, yards and vessels
· Working with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers in workshops
Role and responsibilities:
· Deliver the corporate Pulse program to our business, clients and partners through approved methods of engagement
· Travel to facilitate Pulse on and offshore at our vessel locations sites and yards
· Assist in the development of the Pulse programme, supporting corporate
· Develop new material where needed to improve our HSES performance
· Support investigations through training and investigation participation
· Work with projects to develop Pulse & HSES Training implementation plans
· Deliver HSES coaching technique training
· Support personnel through safety HSES coaching onsite (onshore or offshore)
· Develop & facilitate ad-hoc workshops to support the business where required
· Work with learning and development to ensure accurate recording and reporting of training
· Support the continuous improvement of our systems, processes and tools
Profile:
Advantage to have:
· Experience in the Offshore Subsea Industry
· Knowledge of HSE behavioural programmes
· Nebosh general certificate
· ILM Coaching qualification
· Knowledge of investigation techniques
Must have:
· Training and facilitation experience
· Excellent communication skills
