POSITION DUTIES:

ยท  Ability to manage a Flow Testing customer location without supervision
ยท  Ability to supervise up to 4 crew members
ยท  Ability to perform effective and timely shift changes
ยท  Identify, resolve, and support crew and shift needs
ยท  Mentor and train personnel
ยท  Review and document employee performance
ยท  Ability to relieve Flow Testing Supervisor II on lower profile wells (prior manager approval required)
ยท  Support supervisor / cross shift
ยท  Follow company policies and procedures
ยท  Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
ยท  Expert Ability to rig up and rig down equipment
ยท  Expert knowledge of Flow Testing principles
ยท  Expert knowledge of separation process
ยท  Responsible for proper equipment performance and maintenance ensuring units are in safe and proper working condition
ยท  Expert ability and knowledge of operating pressure tank equipment jobs
ยท  Expert ability and knowledge of operating wells up to 10,000psi (shut in pressure)
ยท  Expert ability and knowledge of operating sour wells
ยท  Operate multiple pieces of equipment on location during a job
ยท  Provide multiple services on location during jobs
ยท  Accurately manage onsite fluids
ยท  Strong technical and mechanical abilities
ยท  Operate company vehicles and equipment
ยท  Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to health, safety, and environment
ยท  Responsible for identifying and reporting safety issues, perform follow up as necessary
ยท  Proper completion of safety paperwork daily
ยท  Responsible for incident management
ยท  Contribute to the evaluation and communication of project with both client and manager
ยท  Working knowledge of FIRE software
ยท  Establish and maintain communication with clients on location
ยท  Communicate consistently and effectively with Flow Testing Supervisors, Lead Supervisor and Manager
ยท  Financial accountability for each shift, including equipment
ยท  Responsible for the daily reporting of costs
ยท  Responsible to ensure all equipment on location is up to date with current inspections and certifications
ยท  Responsible to ensure all required field inventories are accurately reported and submitted by set deadlines
ยท  Ensure timekeeping is reported as required
ยท  Attend field / shop safety meetings when requested
ยท  Practice good housekeeping on location
ยท  Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

ยท  High school diploma or GED
ยท  Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
ยท  Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Flow Testing operations
ยท  Ability to work unsupervised
ยท  At least 3 years Flow Testing experience
ยท  At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
ยท  Excellent leadership ability
ยท  Excellent time management skills
ยท  Above average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software
ยท  Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
ยท  Able to analyze and resolve problems
ยท  Organized and detail oriented
ยท  Self-Starter
ยท  Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner
ยท  Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline
ยท  Consistently practice safe driving
ยท  Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home
ยท  Willingness and flexibility to travel to support operations in other areas when required

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor weather conditions including cold, hot, wet, and humid conditions. Requires working near moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals. Minimal risk of electric shock. Moderate to very loud noise levels. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing; Walking; Ability to talk and hear; Use of arms and hands to reach, manipulate with fingers, handle, feel and/or lift no more than 50lbs; Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, crawl; Ability to see close distance, long distance, identify and distinguish colors, observe and area that can be seen up and down or left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point (peripheral), judge distances and spatial relationships, three-dimensional vision (depth perceptions), ability to adjust and focus. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
