POSITION DUTIES:

Ā·  Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
Ā·  Responsible for personal safety
Ā·  Support supervisor and crew with rig up, daily work activities and rig down
Ā·  Listen and follow directions given by mentor or direct supervisor
Ā·  Show initiative to learn basic flow testing service's fundamentals
Ā·  Complete LMS trainings pertaining to Operator I
Ā·  Responsible for incident reporting, safety issues and participation in STOP work authority
Ā·  Responsible to participate in JSA process, safety meetings and behavior based safety initiative
Ā·  Responsible to track worked time in SAP by meeting reporting requirements and submitting by deadline
Ā·  Follow company policies and procedures
Ā·  Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
Ā·  Demonstrate knowledge of proper equipment use and maintenance
Ā·  Demonstrate proper use of hand tools
Ā·  Identify and report defective equipment
Ā·  Demonstrate knowledge of onsite fluids
Ā·  Responsible to read gauges, monitor tank levels and flow rates in written and digital format
Ā·  Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Ā·  High school diploma or GED
Ā·  Minimum one to two years demonstrated knowledge in Flow Testing operations
Ā·  Ability to follow directions and routines
Ā·  Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
Ā·  Effective verbal and written communication
Ā·  Computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software
Ā·  Excellent verbal and written communication
Ā·  Organized and detail oriented
Ā·  Self-Starter
Ā·  Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) typically a 28 day on and 14 day off schedule
Ā·  Adapt well to ever changing climate and operational conditions

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor weather conditions including cold, hot, wet, and humid conditions. Requires working near moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals. Minimal risk of electric shock. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing; Walking; Ability to talk and hear; Use of arms and hands to reach, manipulate with fingers, handle, feel and/or lift no more than 50lbs; Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, crawl; Ability to see close distance, long distance, identify and distinguish colors, observe and area that can be seen up and down or left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point (peripheral), judge distances and spatial relationships, three-dimensional vision (depth perceptions), ability to adjust and focus. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
