POSITION DUTIES:
¡ Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
¡ Responsible for personal safety
¡ Support supervisor and crew with rig up, daily work activities and rig down
¡ Listen and follow directions given by mentor or direct supervisor
¡ Show initiative to learn basic flow testing serviceâs fundamentals
¡ Complete LMS trainings pertaining to Operator I
¡ Responsible for incident reporting, safety issues and participation in STOP work authority
¡ Responsible to participate in JSA process, safety meetings and behavior based safety initiative
¡ Responsible to track worked time in SAP by meeting reporting requirements and submitting by deadline
¡ Follow company policies and procedures
¡ Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
¡ Demonstrate knowledge of proper equipment use and maintenance
¡ Demonstrate proper use of hand tools
¡ Identify and report defective equipment
¡ Demonstrate knowledge of onsite fluids
¡ Responsible to read gauges, monitor tank levels and flow rates in written and digital format
¡ Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
¡ High school diploma or GED
¡ Minimum one to two years demonstrated knowledge in Flow Testing operations
¡ Ability to follow directions and routines
¡ Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
¡ Effective verbal and written communication
¡ Computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software
¡ Excellent verbal and written communication
¡ Organized and detail oriented
¡ Self-Starter
¡ Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) typically a 28 day on and 14 day off schedule
¡ Adapt well to ever changing climate and operational conditions
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor weather conditions including cold, hot, wet, and humid conditions. Requires working near moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals. Minimal risk of electric shock. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing; Walking; Ability to talk and hear; Use of arms and hands to reach, manipulate with fingers, handle, feel and/or lift no more than 50lbs; Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, crawl; Ability to see close distance, long distance, identify and distinguish colors, observe and area that can be seen up and down or left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point (peripheral), judge distances and spatial relationships, three-dimensional vision (depth perceptions), ability to adjust and focus. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
