Job Title:
Facilities Help Desk Administrator
Job Purpose
· To effectively manage the Facilities, Help Desk, associated administration, and task completion
· To effectively manage the Plan access control system
· To provide administration assistance to the Facilities Department team
Reporting lines and interactions
Hierarchically reports to:
Facilities Manager
Operationally reports to:
Facilities Manager
Directly supervises:

Key interactions (internally, externally):
Internally – Facilities Team and TechnipFMC staff
Externally – Visitors and Contractors to site
Job Scope (budget, management, specific criteria):
· Manage tasks in Help desk system, allocating timescales, contractors, updates, customer feedback and close out
· Complete weekly move sheets
· Update master spreadsheet
· Issue DSE, post move snagging, move instructions as applicable
· Admin cover
· Reception cover
· Manage van - ensure insurance form completed
· Clyde starters and leavers
· Process new starts – photos, car passes, ID badges
· Produce ID passes ensuring categories and security access rights are correct
· Run access control reports as required by HR
· Process ID pass requests for other TFMC sites and maintain adequate pass stocks
· Raise contractor worksheets, request RAMS and complete log
Typical background and experience required:
Must have:
· Good level of secondary education
· Office experience in a job function covering a variety of tasks
· Knowledge of facilities management
· Excellent organisational skills
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work to deadlines
· Be a team player, but show initiative when required
Nice to have:
· Previous experience working in a facilities environment
