JOB PURPOSE:

Ā·  Responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting of the regional Subsea market to BD and regional management including: prospects, market segments, competitors and target scenarios.
Ā·  Assist business coordinator with TWIST related assignments.
Ā·  Preparation of company revenue budgets and forecasts, track records and market reports on adhoc basis.
Ā·  Assistance with the co-ordination of internal and external communications via intranet and articles where required.
Ā·  Liaison with group operating centers on strategic and business planning matters as required. Compilation of adhoc business cases as required by Executive Management.
Ā·  Organize and manage client events and participation in oil and gas conferences in the region.

REPORTING LINES AND KEY INTERACTIONS:

Reports operationally & functionally to: Business Strategy & Market Analyst.

Internal key interactions: APAC Subsea Win-it organization, Corporate Subsea Win It team, APAC Marketing and Communications team.

External key interactions: Event organizers, suppliers of marketing material and other related purchases.

JOB MAIN CHALLENGES:

For market reporting; balancing the challenges of maintaining data update frequency from BD managers with management reporting requirements. Get support from line management in case of any gaps.

Manage event planning vs allocated budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ā·  Organize and manage client events and participation in oil and gas conferences in the region.
Ā·  Prepare and maintain a yearly subsea communications plan and budget.
Ā·  Organize and participate in subsea customer seminar.
Ā·  Support regional communications team on regional conferences.
Ā·  Assist business coordinator in tracking market and producing reports and material through TWIST and MIDAS.
Ā·  Assist BD managers, Front End and tender team with inputs on market and competitor intel, benchmarking etc for capture plans, playbooks, strategy documents and tender gate deliverables.
Ā·  Track Records - production of track records for subsea pre-quals, budgets and tenders as required.
Ā·  REFER data entry - with support of the tendering coordinator, enter data in REFER of all awarded jobs ā€“ data entered will be used to pull out Track Records reports.
Ā·  Business Objects - build customized queries and reuse corporate queries to pull out Track Records as required.
Ā·  Business Case Studies - production of adhoc business case studies as required.
Ā·  Presentations - compilation of presentations for Executive Management and Team Leads as required (for visiting management, corporate seminars, local requirements etc.)
Ā·  Maintain current project listing including chasing project data sheets, project slides and loading on intranet.

JOB SCOPE:

Ā·  Event planning (industry seminars / exhibitions / workshops / client engagements)
Ā·  BD communications.
Ā·  TWIST tool (Subsea APAC) - assist business coordinator.
Ā·  MIDAS tool (Subsea APAC) - assist business coordinator.
Ā·  Monthly forecasting and ad hoc requests - support BD managers.
Ā·  Provide market intel as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ā·  Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing or Business Degree preferred.
Ā·  Strong IT skills. (Excel, SAP/Oracle ERP, Salesforce)
Ā·  Minimum 1 year experience in the Offshore sector. (finance, planning, sales, projects, operations)
Ā·  Critical mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ā·  Effective communicator and natural team work skills.
Ā·  Autonomous and proactive.
Ā·  High integrity and confidentiality.
