The work stream requires performing the HR transaction processing in any of the Data mgmt. tools pertainingto employee data Management and updation from Hire to Termination.The individual will be responsible for the overall success of the Employee Lifecycle operations.

The person should have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to handle ambiguous situations. In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and team-based.

Duties and Responsibilities
·  GEOS Expiernce is must
·  Processing and Quality checking
·  Query Resolution and Employee grievance handling
·  Participate in team level initiatives/ projects
·  Queue Allocation & Management
·  Contribute in the designing of lifecycle process frameworks that would include drafting & reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) of key processes
·  Ensuring compliance of all internal policies
·  Providing timely updates to TL and onshore counterparts
·  Monitor to see if all HR queries are responded on time in accordance with the SLA
·  Ensure complete documentation is maintained as per SLA
·  Able to manage escalations, exceptional cases and complex issues with limited supervision
·  Self – motivated, disciplined and a strong focus towards Client satisfaction
·  Actively participate in delivering training programs

Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts

Knowledge & Skills
·  Should have minimum 3-5 years' working experience in HR Shared services or HR Operational Processes
·  Prior experience in HR Operations with ERP tool – Oracle, SuccessFactors application knowledge is a must
·  Stakeholder Management is critical and She/He must build strong relationships to partner with multiple teams within the organization
·  Effective/Accurate and timely reporting skills
·  Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to work with leadership as required.
·  Qualitative and Quantitative Analytical skills
·  Multitasking and meeting deadlines
·  Team player
·  Process and result oriented
·  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows (MS-Word & MS-Excel)
·  Able to handle, with maturity, escalations, work pressure in demanding situations
·  Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly
