Profile:
- 8-10 years of experience preferably in HRIS/ IT/ HR in cross cultural environment.
- Must Have: 4-5 years of relevant experience on managing Taleo
• Having expert configuration knowledge to support Taleo Recruitment .
• Should have hands on experience in TCC by creating and managing all integrations in SmartOrg, Recruitment, Transitions. TCC expertise is must.
• Proposing functional and technical solutions to the clients and addressing the issues and concerns to meet client expectation and consult them on the ongoing issues
Having prior experience of deploying Taleo Recruitment for major organizations globally .
• Having expert knowledge in managing security to ensure users have appropriate access and/or rights to system functionality and programs.
• Assist in the gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and/or technical needs and translates these into requirements for Performance Appraisal/Objective campaigns and Recruiting requirements.
• Coordinating with Oracle support to get them involved in any of the abnormality in the tool.
• Define, develop HR Data and Analytics reporting from using different reporting solutions, OBIE, OTBI.
• Prior experience of configuration and deployment on CSOD and Fusion will be an added advantage.
- Very Good Communication Skills
- University graduate is must.

- SQL, PHP, SAP experience.
Job purpose and organizational context
Job purpose:
¡  This position ensures Human Resources initiatives are fully supported with appropriate process and tools while working closely with HR Leadership Team, HR Functional and IT Business Partners.
¡  Manage complex configuration changes for security in Cloud HRMS.
¡  Manage configuration for Performance Appraisal campaigns, Objective Setting campaigns.
¡  Configure reports in various reporting solution including OBIEE/OTBI to extract data from cloud HRMS in a format to be fit for consumption in other interfaces.
¡  Run functional and technical requirements gathering workshops – Discovery workshop
¡  The person provides oversight and is accountable for the quality of project deliverables.
Main accountabilities
¡  Proactively understanding the Human Resources function's strategy and needs, and designing and implementing HR IS/IT solutions to support this strategy and meet these needs
¡  To ensure HRIS projects quality, budget and planning
¡  To design specify and deploy new HR services (Social network, organization chart, training management, E-learning…)
¡  To ensure qualitative and quantitative adequacy of HRIS tools outputs (quality of data, availability)
¡  To ensure HRIS commitment (financial costs, deadline respect, quality)
- To propose and manage projects which will improve the functionality and reliability of current HR systems
-Work independently in identifying and resolving issues, concerns and problems; acquire subject matter expertise in HRIS functions and activities
- Demonstrate good project management skills, communicate effectively orally and in writing.
