Responsibilities:

To plan, coordinate, and communicate the accurate scheduling, reporting, and controlling of TechnipFMC capital fixed assets and customer owned property. Accountable for equipment shipment and receiving documentation per SOPs. The Asset Coordinator will also coordinate pressure pumping customer service requests. Other duties will include coordinating service of equipment with shop service leads and management.

Main Task:

¡Maintain a schedule of TechnipFMC and customer asset services.

¡Responsible for shipping and receiving capitalized equipment and customer owned assets.

¡Maintain a database of all received and shipped equipment.

¡Field customer requests for asset services.

¡Maximize all activities as they relate to meeting established deadlines and make recommendations to the Customer Leads and Shop Supervisor for operational improvements.

¡Maintain asset inventory accuracy of 95% or greater.

¡Maximize the use of storage space for shipping, received, program, and idle asset areas of the storage yard.

¡Ensure proper procedures are followed to guarantee customer assets are segregated and stored away safely.

¡Able to work independently to complete daily tasks.

¡Report discrepancies promptly when discovered to ensure optimal inventory accuracy

¡Maintain housekeeping in responsible areas in neat and organized manner

¡Follow all TechnipFMC safety procedures

¡Inventory and coordinate inventory of asset services per service requests.

¡Required to complete all key competencies of shop operations

¡Reconcile serialized shipping tickets against outgoing serialized equipment

¡Network with and support the needs of other facilities as requested

¡Create jobs and job packets for all scheduled service work

¡Quote and bill labor of customer service work.

¡Create asset reports for customers and TechnipFMC staff

¡Participate, as needed, in projects related to Impact Quality and/or Business Excellence

Requirements:

·US -High School Diploma or equivalent. International – Qualifying Certificate or equivalent.

¡Valid driver's license

¡Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English

¡Demonstrate high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

¡Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

¡Demonstrate proficiency of math skills

¡Strong interpersonal skills to interface with TechnipFMC and customer personnel.

¡Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.

¡Demonstrated Commitment to Health, Safety and Environment

¡Must be able and willing to travel

¡May not have any active positive discipline records within the past 6 months, or scored a "Needs Improvement" on most recent performance appraisal

¡Must follow all corporate requirements, such as P-card, HSE, HR, etc.

¡Basic skills in SAP or comparable enterprise management system

¡Advanced skills in InteServ or comparable enterprise management system

¡Minimum 2 Years equivalent experience to Pressure Pumping Flowline and/or Frac Equipment Service

¡Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics

Work Environment:

¡Spends 100% of time in shop

¡May be exposed to possible hazards including loud noise, heavy machinery, travel hazards and extreme weather conditions.

Physical Demands:

¡Standing for long periods of time

¡Walking

¡Climbing

¡Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.

¡Hand, foot motions of fork lift operations

¡Driving vehicles

¡Work in shop environment which also involves noise, temperature extremes, dust and fumes
