DEPARTMENT:

Flowline, Pumps, Well Service Pump, Invalco, Compact Valve, and AFAM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work under direct supervision and follows written/or verbal instructions to perform standard or routine tasks.

· Able to understand and learn high pressure hydro testing, along with performing it

· Able to learn and understand the assembly blue print, part report, bill of material and correlation of the three

· Able to understand and learn stamping requirements concerning FMCTi's requirements

MAIN TASKS:

· Effectively retrieve, understand and adhere to QAP documentation

· Gain ability to properly read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.

· Gain the ability to identify simple deviation in material requirements to customer specifications

· Assemble and disassemble various product line products

· Keep a clean work station

· Must be able to be certified on forklift

· Willingness to receive on the job training

REQUIREMENTS:

· High School diploma or GED required

· Self motivated

· Good organization, interpersonal, and interaction skills

· Acceptable Attendance

· Ability to work in a team environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Majority of time spent in climate controlled shop environment. Exposure to high noise, machinery and possible hazards when performing tasks in manufacturing areas of the plant.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position requires bending, stooping, and repetitive lifting of components up to 50lbs. .
