REPORTING LINES AND INTERACTIONS:
Hierarchically reports to: Accounts Receivable Manager
Operationally reports to: Accounts Receivable Manager
Key interactions (internally, externally):
Internally: Accounts, Finance, Cost Control, Project Management, Admin
Externally: Client, Intercompany Counterparts
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
Degree in accountancy, Finalist ACCA/CIMA/CPA or its equivalent with 2 to 3 years working experiences.
Nice to have:
· Experience in OTC ERP ( eg Oracle, SAP etc) working environment.
· Knowledge in submission of invoices through various client's portal.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. (eg. Excel, word etc)
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
· Good and positive working attitude and a self starter.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible to check , process and submit invoices to external clients via client's portal or email.
· Responsible for generation of revenue for released invoices.
· Timely generation, allocation and application of customers receipts to invoices.
· Close monitoring, expedite, collection and timely update of overdue invoices.
· Ensures timely and accurate monthly and quarterly closure and performs reconciliations of the AR subledgers and GL balance sheet accounts.
· Adherence to processes in compliance with SOX requirements and guidelines.
· Assist in and/or perform calculation, quantification and submission of SST (service tax) return and payments.
· Liaise and prompt furnish of documents requested by the external and internal auditors.
· Quarterly submission of statistical reporting.
· Other adhoc assignments/reporting.
