RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform general accounting duties for multiple entities and multiple currencies in a shared services environment. Duties will be performed in timely manner by applying basic accounting knowledge, theories, practices, and accepted procedures as outlined by GAAP, the company's SOX processes, and Financial Standards

MAIN TASKS:

·  Gathering and analyzing data from SAP or other sources
·  Preparing and entering journal entries including intercompany items that could require customer/vendor account entries
·  Performing general ledger account reconciliations and appropriate adjustments including subledger reconciliations and intercompany confirmations
·  Preparing and filing sales and/or property tax returns as required

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or minimum of 2 years Accounting/Finance work experience required.
·  Accounting knowledge and the ability to apply basic accounting principles required.
·  Accounting experience in a fast-paced environment, shared services experience preferred.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills required.
·  Experience in a ERP environment such as SAP proficiency is a plus.
·  Ability to work effectively with others both on-site and remotely.
·  Fast and flexible; multi tasked, organized
·  Must possess a valid DL

WORK ENVIRONMENT : Office environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequent sitting and operating a computer.
