Tagalog speaking Customer Service Administrator (relocation to Sofia)

Job description

You will represent a large communication and information company and within this global team you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from clients via phone, email and live chat. Listening to the customer, answering their queries in a timely manner, administration, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.

About Talingual Ltd

We are recruiting for fluent Tagolog speakers for an international customer support project in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Fully paid training will be provided. Excellent relocation package available which includes flight reimbursement, 2 weeks hotel on arrival and relocation assistance.
