Job description

The Data Entry has general responsibility to assist warehouse team leader and warehouse supervisor in customer service, order handling and data control. Be able to work multi tasks with strong focus.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Input data accuracy, manage and well update in system.
·  Assure the matching between system and physical inventories.
·  Receive and control orders from customers.
·  Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurately
·  Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with vendors
·  Ensure that work schedule is correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned and properly completed
·  Maintain good relationship with vendors
·  Maintain teamwork, productive working environment
·  Others assignments upon getting requested by warehouse team leader and warehouse supervisor

Your skills and experience

·  Bachelor Degree or College Graduated
·  Fresh graduate who willing to learn 3PL industry
·  Carefulness, compliance and being proactive
