Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Swarovski Professional team responsible for B2B sales.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for:

Account Management

·  Managing a portfolio of key accounts in Australian and New Zealand; delivering a pipeline of growth and meeting sales and strategic targets
·  Presenting solutions and services that meet and exceed our clients' needs
·  Creating, developing and maintaining strong, effective, customer relationships

Business Development

·  Working closely with our customers (B2B) to develop specific strategies to help grow & develop their business
·  Conducting quarterly business reviews and monthly meetings with assigned customers

New Business Acquisition and Network Building

·  Leading our Corporate Gifting business and growing our B2B sales across A.N.Z.
·  Sourcing and developing new business relationships with key gifting agencies and industry-leading companies across ANZ
·  Applying a 360° approach seeking out new business opportunities, i.e. fully utilize our local and global strengths and resources (marketing, service and product) in order to create profitable offers tailored to customer needs

WHAT WE EXPECT

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar account management role. You will have a strong motivation to drive sales through initiative and thrive in an autonomous environment. You will have extensive experience in identifying new potential customers and successfully winning new business. You will embody our Brand Ambassador principles of Imagination, Passion and Responsibility at all times. The ideal candidate will be degree educated, willing to travel domestically, be entrepreneurial, highly results orientated and ultimately want to develop within the business and progress your career.

NB: Candidates are also require to hold a mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and Presentation skills.
