Trainee Recruitment Consultant, No Experience Required - 10 POSITIONS

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Starting Salary - £20,000 + uncapped commission and luxurious incentives including luxurious incentives!

Location - City of London

Are you a motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a sales focused environment, or perhaps you already have experience in this sector and looking to develop your career further.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will undertake an in depth training programme that will teach you everything you will need to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

The role of a trainee recruitment consultant will focus on all aspects of recruitment including generating new clients/opportunities and sourcing/interviewing candidates. You will focus initially on developing new business through cold calling and running the entire sales process yourself - this will include generating leads, negotiating recruitment fees, meeting clients and closing business. You will also be tasked with finding suitable candidates from various sources including job boards, advertising and networking on social media sites.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant, London - Benefits and Incentives

• Base salary £20,000
• Uncapped Commission (between 10% and 50% of every deal you make)
• Award winning training scheme

• OTE Year 1 : £40,000

Trainee Recruitment Consultant, London - Key Attributes

• Individuals who want to work extremely hard and develop within the business.
• Candidates can either be a University graduate with a 2:1 OR a 2:2 with evidence of strong extracurricular activities OR if you are not a graduate you must have a minimum of 6 months direct sales experience in telesales, B2B or door to door sales etc.
• Evidence of success within education, employment or extracurricular activities.
• Candidates must have an enthusiastic personality and enjoy liaising with others.
• Candidates must be naturally competitive and able to demonstrate this.
