Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

 

·         B.S. degree in an engineering/science discipline such as Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or

·         Environmental Engineering, or related technical degree

·         Minimum 3 years of experience as a process engineer &/or proposal engineer

·         Minimum 5 years of experience with membrane process & system design (water & wastewater)

·         Willingness & ability to travel 40% of the time (regionally)

 

Pr eferred Qualifications

 

·         Experience working with diverse, global teams in a matrix environment

·         Global customer and competition experience in water and waste water markets

·         Proven success in developing and leveraging cross-functional and cross-business relationships; ability to work with cross-functional teams to build effective processes

·         Strong analytical and computer skills

·         Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

·         Sales experience

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the UFMBR Product Application Engineering Manager, the Product Application Engineer is a technical expert on the UFMBR product line. The Application Engineer is a position designed to be a key reference point and will continuously work to educate internal & external customers on the design, commissioning & operation of UFMBR systems leveraging Zeeweed membranes. Additionally, they will support customers, who purchase our products, on specific commercial opportunities.

 

·         Train UF/MBR product-line customers including internal customers in the WTS division, and the broader Suez, OEMs, integrators, EPCs, etc, on ZeeWeed membrane products & standard system design & operation to enable them to be self-sufficient selling to end users.

·         Support customers by reviewing designs, making recommendations & answering questions related to product and products applications.

·         Support assessing process risk and review warranty requirements for specific opportunities.

·         Support generation of sales drawings, collateral, manuals and other technical details to ensure current and relevant information supplied meets the commercial opportunity requirements.

·         Support customers with pricing requests.

·         Maintain product customer web portals to ensure all necessary material is readily available.

·         Support the organization and execution of regional partner training sessions, ‘Road-shows’ and other strategy partner development sessions.

·         Continuously strive to be technically competent and current in new developments in relevant fields
