Votre profil

Votre profil :

Titulaire d'un BAC PRO ou BAC+2 formation technique, vous disposez d'une connaissance des métiers mécanique/hydraulique/pneumatique et électrique confirmée par une expérience industrielle.

Savoir faire :

·   Etre à l’aise avec les outils informatiques

·   Savoir et comprendre l’ensemble des documents techniques de maintenance (plans et schémas)

·   Reporting GMAO et vers l’encadrement

Votre mission Sous l’autorité de votre responsable maintenance, vous devrez :

Assurer les opérations de maintenance préventives et correctives des installations de l'usine sur les équipements mécaniques/hydrauliques/air comprimé.

Assurer le suivi des entreprises extérieures lors des interventions sur site (contrôles réglementaires, contrat de maintenance).

Effectuer des rondes journalières et renseigner la GMAO

Assurer des dépannages en fonction des besoins de l'exploitation

Etablir les comptes rendus d'intervention et réaliser les sorties de pièces en GMAO

Participer aux inventaires des pièces stockées

Proposer des améliorations des équipements

Respecter les modes opératoires, instructions techniques et consignes particulières (sécurité, gammes d'intervention)

Effectuer les consignations et déconsignations

Assurer l'astreinte hebdomadaire selon le planning annuel (environ toutes les 5/6 semaines)

Etre acteur du système de management ISO 14001/18001/50001

Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous appliquez les consignes de sécurité, d’environnement de qualité.
