You will join SUEZ Europe & Central Asia, a Business Unit (BU) looking to achieve significant growth in its Water and Waste activities in the countries selected in the Group's strategic roadmap for the medium-term plan. The ambition is strong, but the BU wants to develop its activities notably in the following countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and potentially Spain. However, we also need to keep a close eye on the market, so that we can potentially develop in other countries in the region.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  Which skills and experiences you will need to succeed in this role?

·  We imagine that you are an engineer, mechanical engineer or similar, and that you have a few years of relevant experience in project management of large technical projects and turnkey contracts.
·  You may have experience from the energy industry, utilities, ports, construction or other relevant industry.
·  You are a skilled negotiator who handles challenges during the process with diplomacy.
·  You know how to get your team on board and have the balance between certainty and speed in decision-making.
·  As a person, you are highly driven, and you thrive and stay on top of things when you have several tasks going on at the same time. Structure, planning and financial acumen are your core competencies, and you know how to delegate tasks and responsibilities to your team.
·  We would like you to have experience with construction contracts, but otherwise you have a strong team to support you.
·  IT programs such as Excel, project management tools and QA and DV systems are familiar to you.
·  You speak and write English and probably also Danish
