Network Data Analyst

Job description

The Network Data Analyst will be intricately involved in running analytical experiments in a methodical manner and will regularly evaluate alternate models via theoretical approaches to improve fulfillment, inventory and cost across the business. The candidate must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations.  The candidate should be comfortable with applied optimization methods and will be responsible data analytics, modelling and projects with high complexity.

·         Develop statistical learning models for data analysis and operations execution

·         Implement statistical/mathematical methodologies as needed for specific forecast models or analysis

·         Mine and analyze data from databases to drive optimization and improvements

·         Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets

·         Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, cash management, and other business outcomes

·         Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes

·         Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

·         Collaborate with multiple functions to understand requirements, process and devise possible solutions

 ·       Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers that are simply outlined and operationally executable
