Who are we looking for?

Required:

·  Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
·  3 years minimum experience in data processing, database programming, data analytics, data mining and statistical analysis
·  At least 3 years of experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience with programming languages such as Java/Python/R
·  3 years minimum experience using web services: Redshift, AWS

·  Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
·  Ability to extract information from data and convert it into actionable plans with real world advantages
·  Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
·  Supply chain Operations and Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning experience

·  Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

·  Ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment
·  Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately

·  SAP experience

What will you be doing?

The Network Data Analyst will be intricately involved in running analytical experiments in a methodical manner and will regularly evaluate alternate models via theoretical approaches to improve fulfillment, inventory and cost across the business.The candidate must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. The candidate should be comfortable with applied optimization methods and will be responsible data analytics, modelling and projects with high complexity.

·Develop statistical learning models for data analysis and operations execution

·Implement statistical/mathematical methodologies as needed for specific forecast models or analysis

·Mine and analyze data from databases to drive optimization and improvements

·Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets

·Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, cash management, and other business outcomes

·Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes

·Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy

·Collaborate with multiple functions to understand requirements, process and devise possible solutions

·Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers that are simply outlined and operationally executable

·Continually analyze material source/distribution data and develop effective models that drive cost, service and cash
