We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced and supportive Administrative Assistant to support administrative and financial activities in Safege Serbia , including our branch office in Republika Srpska, and contribute to the overall operation of Safege Serbia.

You will join the International Division of Suez Consulting. The International Division has a turnover of over €40M, generated in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Most of the projects are financed by international donors (AFD, WB, ADB, BAD, EU, EIB, etc.), for which our teams provide engineering and consultancy services for essential services: water, waste, roads, railways, energy, the environment, urban management, etc. in developing and emerging countries.
About the position
Based in Belgrade, you will be responsible for the daily administrative and financial tasks within Safege Serbia :
· Working in SEF (Electronic invoices system in Serbia);
· Daily cooperation with the accountants in order to resolve various operational issues;
· Preparation of necessary documentation for the bid unit and external audit;
· Regular updates and follow-up of the Cash-box;
· Cash flow follow-up for the Belgrade and Banja Luka offices;
· Regular updates of projects` budgets files;
· Ensure correct use of accounting methods, policies, and principles;
· Monitor and analyze accounting data in line with local regulations;
· Preparation of payments in HALCOM bank system;
· Ensure the overall efficient operation of finance processes;
· Communication with the banks.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant finance, admin and accounting experience. Experience in the project based companies would be an asset.
Skills
· You are fluent in English and Serbian.
· Computer literate (MS Office), team player, detail-oriented. You possess an excellent command of MS Excel.
· You demonstrate good team spirit and ability to interact with the local, regional and international teams.
