Job description

•Work with import broker to import and deliver semi-Finished Goods from destination airport to manufacturing Subcontractors (China Domestic & International)

•Work with export broker/LSP to export and pick up semi-Finished Goods from manufacturing Subcontractors to ST plants

•Work with LSPs to pick up semi-Finished Goods from one subcontractor and make delivery to another subcontractor after export declaration

•Semi-FGs logistics arrangement (pick up, local trucking, customs declaration and air freight)from oversea subcons to ST plants (KR, TH, HK, IN, JP)

•Proactively check GIT status and work with LSP and GOBM to expedite GIT closure

•Work with GOBM to provide clear ST invoices to subcontractors

•Respond internal & external customers for enquiry & urgent request

•AHLR validation & execution

•Freight cost validation and reporting

•OR meeting with LSP and drive continuous improvement

•Discrepancy follow up, including shipment damage, missing, delay, ect

•Duly update LOP when there is change

Profile

•University degree or above in logistics, import & export, or related field;

•2+ years of working experience in import & export

•Knowledge of import/export, Customs/CIQ policy, Incoterms & HS code classification

•Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment

•PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook required.

•Good spoken and written English
