To promote Customer satisfaction assuring quality and reliability of the products in the field, managing the quality issues and the improvement/prevention quality programs, creating solid relationship with the Customer
To follow specific Customers as quality interface with full responsibility to represent the Customer in ST Organization
To manage the activity of failure analysis on customers’ returns from 0Km, Field and line fallouts driving FA activities in several ST-FA labs. To verify the implementation and the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
To define Product (or product family) Improvement Plans and relevant ppm step-down forecast definition and execution.
To manage customers in case of crisis
to Define containment actions timely and effectively
to coordinate 8D-team to find root cause and permanent corrective actions
to dispose material at risk
to define Risk Assessment
To promote quality mind set inside organization
The job requires strong technical competence and knowledge (process, products, market, Customers) and the management of internal and external resources to take final decision on the different issues.
Ability of negotiation is needed in order to deal with customers and gain Customer confidence.
Team work and cooperation spirit is mandatory to deal with all relevant functions in ST for problem solving activities and for supporting customer needs.
Electronics and Physics Background
Skill in Data Analysis and Synthesis
Preferred 2÷4 years’ experience in semiconductor process or product
Easy human relationship and negotiation skill
