·  Responsible for call and incident management of DIT Infrastructure and business applications, software and hardware related issues 24x7.
·  ProdOps will provide a single point of contact to give assistance, escalation and may also be involved in providing a rapid restoration of normal services to minimize the adverse impact on business operations and to help ensure that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained according to SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
