Job description

On fast growing NFC readers products and inside STM MMY Division ; as an Operation Engineer (m/f) you will be working as part of a multi-disciplined project team including : design, test/product, assembly, quality, marketing, application and production.

The operation engineer contributes to industrialization of products to reach best in class standards in term of productivity/yield and quality as long as time to volume/market.

Activities are data analysis (such as yield, productivity) ; define and follow up action plans, to drive improvements ; with a specific focus on test program : improvement, test platform conversion.   

The job requires occasional travels to other STM sites Europe and production site internal/subcontractors in Asia. 

Profile

The successful candidate should have a Test Development or Product Engineering background. With analog or RF testing experience, preferably in NFC/RFID or telecom.

Key skills are test program development on Fusion LTX, problem solving mindset and good communication/team spirit. 

Desired Competencies are : Analog/Digital electronics knowhow, C/C++, management of priorities and English written/spoken.
