As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the support of existing secure microcontroller products and their related technical challenges and changes due to perimeter extension for IOT, automotive as well as specific RF features. 

You will work together with both division and operations functional teams such as Design/Test/New product/Process/TRD/Planning/Operations/Reliability engineering, … to take a technical challenge from concept or problem identification to production release or final solution.

Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring initiative, autonomy, reactivity, originality, ingenuity and excellent problem-solving skills.

The various tasks include but are not limited to:

Perimeter extension analysis in term of industrialization, qualification and development contirbuting to new product core team

Make the product sustainable by working on yield, test issues & hold

Bring fastest solution to optimize our industrial flow and to assess non conform material on automotive, IOT or RF/NFC businesses.

Develop and validate changes related to the process, foundry/OSAT, acceptance criteria, customer, application.

Improve overall product quality and drive to zero customer returns

Drive failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot issues.

Profile

Experience required: 2-10 years

Good basic knowledge on RF, NFC & non-volatile memory (NVM)

Experience with programming languages, by preference C++, Python

Able to learn the details of secure microcontroller products, NVM devices quickly

Organizational skills

Good communication skills (English is the working language)

Eye for detail, accuracy driven

Experience in RF or automotive product apreciated

Problem solving skills, risk-based decision making skills, …

Flexible to travel

Flexible to work in clean room
