 POSTING PRESENTATION:

The Candidate will be responsible to (for Microcontrollers & Microprocessors):
- Define, plan and carry out the strategy necessary for maximizing sales, market share and margins.
- Provide promotion of products (technical presentations in person & over the phone), pricing and first line technical support to ST sales, distribution and customers.
- Use his/her knowledge of the market and technical skills to identify new opportunities in collaboration with ST sales & distribution.
- Identify and correlate customers’ needs with the product portfolio, work with sales to capture the opportunity and drive through production.
- Identify what products are needed in the market place, portfolio gaps and clearly communicate them for future products (along with business outlook).
- Collaborate with ST Applications Engineers & Division to address the deep technical concerns of the customer.
- Write up customer meeting reports (addressing all technical and business concerns) and follow-up on all open items to ensure they are closed in a timely manner.

Travel approximately 50%

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    - Candidate must have a strong technical background in which they have written SW and designed HW for microcontroller (microprocessors a plus) applications
- Microcontroller (microprocessors a plus) marketing experience
- Programming skills: C, assembly
- Strong presentation skills (in person & over the phone)
- Good business acumen
- Able to multi-task on technical & business topics
- 5 - 7 years experience.

·   6-10 years
