You will be involved in/to:
· Perform new tool assessment and selection.
· Define equipment procurement specification and process acceptance criteria.
· Engage with equipment vendor and internal teams on tool procurement, move-in, hook-up and start-up.
· Define qualification plan with internal teams and perform tool qualification.
· Troubleshoot process and equipment issues with vendors and internal teams.
· Perform process and equipment characterization on new tool.
· Develop new procedures, control plan, OCAP, FMEA, FDC and conduct training.
· Define and implement continuous improvement program to improve process/equipment capabilities, reliability and cost.
· Perform process and technology transfer from and to other fabs.
· Engage with sending/receiving fab and internal teams on process/equipment matching criteria.
· Perform process setup, qualification and characterization.
· Troubleshoot process and capabilities issues.
· Participate in industrialization program to ensure smooth transition to production.
Profile
You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Self motivated, meticulous and disciplined.
· Experience in wafer fab or electronics industry will be advantageous.
· Good Team player.
