Posting Description

The final objective is to ensure that the quality and reliability of delivered products satisfies the customer requirements and matches with ST values and business models.

You will be in charge of new products qualifications, within MDG AMC Q&R perimeter, focusing on ST60 product roadmap (60GHz short range connectivity applications)

As Product Quality & Reliability member of the project(s) core team(s), you will collaborate with the other quality functions, and the owners of different areas (engineering, design, validation, application, operations, marketing, program management, planning,) to:
- Define the product reliability strategy (based on product specification analysis, mission profile, technology, customer requirements/contracts, standards), and the associated budget, plan and schedule
- Specify the electrical activations necessary for the reliability tests, and ensure the reliability stress test environment availability (hardware development and manufacturing by subcontractors, patterns development, solution debug)
- In close link with Reliability & FA Laboratories, manage the reliability assessment execution, and drive the problem solving activities in case of rejects (failure analysis, root cause analysis, risk assessment, corrective and preventive actions)
- Consolidate the Quality & Reliability status and reports (internal and customer)
- Propose the decision for product maturity approval, support the gap analysis risk assessment and mitigation plan
- Develops innovative methods and techniques
- Promote the quality mindset

Profile

Education Level Required - BAC+5 (INGENIEUR,DESS,DEA...), Years of Work Experience - 1 to 10, Desired Competencies are - Semiconductor Process, Communication, Electronics Background, English Language, Problem Solving & Prevention.The Other skills required are Customer focused, team spirit
Experience in reliability testing would be a plus
