Posting Description

Function : Project Leader / Manager part of BEM&T R&D Project team.

BEM&T R&D Project team is responsible to develop & qualify the Packages required for the new Products launched by ST Groups & Divisions. The industrialization happening either inside ST BE Plants or at subcontractors (OSATs).
The Jobholder will work in a challenging but motivating industrial environment interfacing with many other entities :
- ST Groups Mkt, Planning, QA, operations.
- Other BEM&T R&D teams (Design, Process, FEBE, Pilot Line..)
- BE Plants & Subcontractors (OSATs)
- Customers & Suppliers

Main accountabilities :

- Represent the Packaging entity inside the Product Core team
- Drive the execution/review of the Project across the different phases of the SOP269 (Accountable for all the deliverables)
- Validates maturities as member of Global Quality Committee
- Coordinate the activities of all stakeholders, drive FMEA.
- Ensure the Planning is well aligned with committed milestones
- Lead actions to optimize the critical path of Projects.
- Report regularly the Progress of Project to Management

- Basic of Packaging
- Ability to work in multicultural environment, multi sites.
- Open-mindedness, autonomous, rigorous
- Team worker, facilitator but with leadership spirit
- Communication and good reporting skills
- Friendly with MS Project & basic software
- Fluent in English

Education Level Required - BAC+5 (INGENIEUR,DESS,DEA...), Years of Work Experience - 5 to 10,.
