YOUR ROLE
· Assisted engineers in monitoring and collecting data related to parallelism activities to ensure process consistency and efficiency.
· Supported engineers in daily production line activities, with a focus on lot release processes and production flow monitoring.
· Assisted in jig setup, calibration, and maintenance activities to optimize production productivity and minimize downtime.
· Gathered and organized test data for reliability samples to support product qualification and long-term performance assessment.
· Performed first-level analysis of anomalous lots, including X-ray inspection and reject verification, to identify potential failure modes.
· Collaborated with engineers during debugging activities by providing data collection, preliminary analysis, and documentation support to facilitate timely issue resolution.
· Analyzed yield loss data to identify defect patterns, root causes, and process bottlenecks, and implemented corrective and preventive actions to reduce losses.
· Worked closely with assembly and finishing engineering, CPM, and manufacturing teams to address yield loss issues and integrate solutions into the production line.
· Improved and ensured optimal test setup to minimize FT defects and improve overall yield.
· Conducted daily DBS reviews on production line status and provided engineering support.
· Performed ATE testing on sample units after reliability tests.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
· Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Physics or any related engineering field.
· Good communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
· Proficiency in English, with strong presentation skills.
· Minimum internship duration of 3 months or longer.
