 POSTING PRESENTATION:

1. Plan and formulate employee training and development solutions based on company strategies to meet business needs
2. Develop, organize and implement annual and monthly training plans according to training needs.
3. Assist and guide the department to deploy training plans, check the implementation of the plans, evaluate training effects and propose new training programs
4. Expand training channels and resources, develop training topics, compile training textbooks and teaching plans
5. Responsible for staff training assessment and acceptance, and wrote and submitted staff training evaluation report
6. Develop annual training budget 
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    1. Majored in human resources, enterprise management related;
2. 6 years' and above experience of training and more than 3 years' training management experience
3. Familiar with internal training and external training workflow
4. Have good communication skills and logical thinking, organization and coordination ability, strong sense of learning and innovation
5. Proficient in PPT, Excel and other office software, standard mandarin, fluent English
6. Mastering the professional knowledge being the internal trainer or independently leading the project ability is preferred
