Job Title: DTIT Manufacturing Operations Manager / Site DTIT Manager
YOUR ROLE
This position is responsible for managing the site Digital Transformation and Information Technology (DTIT) department as well as the service and delivery of manufacturing and test solutions with the objective of providing reliable manufacturing and test solutions and timely data to ensure smooth plant operations.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
SITE DTIT MANAGEMENT (daily)
· Deliver IT programs and Services Ensuring that all IT systems are running smoothly and that any problems are quickly resolved to minimize downtime and disruption.
· Supervise the deployment of solutions on-time, within scope, within budget, while adhering to quality standards.
· Leading IT projects, following standards and processes, from adhering the scope defined by different IT teams and planning through to implementation and post-implementation support
· Oversees the implementation of the DTIT processes and policies by ensuring consistent application of processes and methods
· Leads the department in the preparation, execution, and action plan follow-up for site audits
· Leads the department in the preparation, test, and execution of the site DTIT contingency plan
· Leads the department in providing production applications support for the site
MANUFACTURING & TEST SOLUTIONS (daily)
· Ensures that service level objectives (SLO) are achieved at site level
· Drives service improvement plans for the site with all internal and external suppliers
· Acts on escalation level 1 for the business organization in the specific region
· Coordinates diagnosis of problems/finding out root causes at site level
· Ensures that the Problem Management Process is followed for site specific problems
· Provides analysis of data for incidents, problems, and changes and handles roll-up of outstanding changes, incidents, and problems at Regional and Central Area levels
· Participates in the Change Approval Board (CAB) and ensures changes are approved and deployed according to timeline
· Implements cost control
TEAM MANAGEMENT
· Organize and drive a team of IT professionals responsible for hardware, software, network and security operations.
· Recruit, train, mentor and lead a IT team organization structured with a staffing model.
SITE INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT (daily/quarterly/as needed)
· Leads in conducting and preparation of the site Information Security Survey and Action Plan
· Oversees the implementation of ST information and security measures like paper/document and electronic media disposal
SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, GOOD HOUSEKEEPING, AND SECURITY (daily)
· Disseminates, explains, and complies with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment, good housekeeping, and security in the area of responsibility so that applicable rules and regulations are understood and implemented
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
· Master Degree an advantage
EXPERIENCE:
· With at least fifteen (10-15) years of technical and managerial experience handling related tasks in a similar environment
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
· Broad knowledge in Digital Transformation and Information Technology
· Program and project management and development skills
· Excellent analytical skills
· Effective management and leadership
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience with local semiconductor industry
