Job description
· Ability to upkeep facilities (and security) equipment, electrical appliances and building services, in a cost effective method, by periodic review its scope of work.
· Carry out regular inspection and check on facilities equipment and building services, report to management if there is any abnormal or faulty.
· Ability to perform simple repair to faulty facilities equipment and building services.
· Work closely with vendors on general maintenance of all facilities systems related to building, inclusive of control, electrical, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire protection and security systems.
· Analyze and troubleshoot causes of facilities and building services' issue and recommend potential solutions.
· Review and assist management committee in activities related to planning, design and modifications of materials, processes, operations or building layouts.
· Execute all assigned work types and deliver in a timely manner
· Ensure all practices are in accordance to site EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) guidelines and best practices.
Profile
· Certification / Qualifications in Facilities Management /and/or other relevant discipline combined with tertiary level qualifications.
· With at least 2-5 years’ experience in similar capacity in a manufacturing and / or logistics environment.
·
Hands-on and proactive in solving problem.
·
Proven ability to perform in a demanding work environment.
·
Understand Microsoft computer application skills.
·
Auto-CAD skills is advantages.
