Job description

Position of ESD engineer for Smart Power Technology Platform ESD Design Solutions Team.

Aim of the position is:

·  to perform TCAD simulations and design new devices and new architectures for Smart Power technologies;
·  to execute ESD robustness tests and electrical characterization measurements planned in the ESD validation programs;
·  to analyze the electrical data and release the ESD validation reports;
·  to assist BCD designers in the definition of the suitable ESD protection network and to provide support in the prototype debug phase;
·  to execute ESD pad ring reviews of new products designed by Product Groups, assisted by PERC controls, and to release LYS conformity.

Profile

·  Bachelor or master degree in physics or electronic engineering.
·  Basic knowledge of electrostatic theory.
·  Knowledge of technology steps and features.
·  Good knowledge of programming fundamentals.
