You will be involved in:

PREVENTION / IMPROVEMENT

·  Ensures the preventive maintenance operations on all equipments.
·  Follows, analyses the performance indicators of the equipments and improves the check-list of the preventive maintenance operations.
·  Analyses the pareto of problems and proposes improvement plans.
·  Tracks and improves different maintenance indicators (PM in-time, on-time, success, first qual)

CORRECTION

·  Intervenes on complex corrective maintenance actions and formalizes the actions taken.
·  Answers to alarms and supports the manufacturing line by a second level of diagnostic and intervention.
·  Analyses the pareto of alarms and implements corrective actions.
·  Analyses in real time the causes of scrap with his/her peers (process, EES, engineering, etc.) and eliminates major causes.
·  Identifies, analyses the potential scrap causes, and proposes improvement solution

START UP / re-engineering / Upgrade (equipment evolution)

·  Is in charge of the start up.
·  Coordinates the activities between the different teams.
·  Guarantees the time schedule of equipment start up.
Writes a draft of Equipment Procurement Specifications.
·  Prepares the acceptance of the equipment.
·  SUPPORT Maintenance (Optimization PM) Preventive, Corrective
·  Solves long down-times and complex failures of equipment.
·  Is responsible for equipment, performances, equipment specification, control
and spare part management

TRAINING

·  Validates the preventive maintenance procedures, equipment trouble-shooting guide
·  Trains the juniors, the technicians and TPM operators.

IMPROVEMENT / OPTIMIZATION

·  Defines and implements action plans to improve equipment performances.
·  Proposes solution to reduce maintenance cost (life times, second sources, etc).

SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

·  Defines and maintains up-to-date the Safety procedures for the equipment in compliance with company rules and standards

 

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

·  Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
·  Must be a Team player
·  Well experienced and skilled person with  troubleshooting knowledge in CVD Tools, specifically in Centura, producer, Novellus speed and Sequel tools
