Job description

We are looking for a graduate in Engineering of Materials or Material Science  to join our Central R&D team in Arzano.

Background in material science, semiconductor devices and solid-state physics

MEMS characterization and reliability analysis. 

Able to lead independently electrical characterization of micro devices

Ferroelectric properties measurements on DUTs and test devices

Statistical analysis of experimental data and evaluation of major failure contributions

Support on critical processing step affecting devices performances

Development of testing procedures to evaluate critical parameters

Characterization of defectivity and screening methodology development

Reporting results in a professional, collaborative engineering environment;

Profile

The position requires a self-startier canditate with an good understanding of material process, inspection, eletrical characterization and strong capability of carrying out independent analysis.

Master degree or post graduate in Engineering of Materials, Material Science  or equivalent by experience

Drawing data-driven conclusions for process improvements and technology development;

Sense of urgency and ability to work in international teams

Fluent English and good communication skills

Attitude to team working, pro-activeness and open mind behavior
Availability to travel
