YOUR ROLE

The Automation and Operational Excellence Lead / Staff engineer is responsible for leading plant‑level automation initiatives and driving the Assembly Cost Saving Program. The role works in close collaboration with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners to ensure effective project execution, continuous improvement, and sustainable gains in productivity and cost performance.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Strong experience in project management for automation, manufacturing, and/or operational improvement projects.
·  Good knowledge of semiconductor processes, process control, and high‑volume manufacturing environments.
·  Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
·  Background in Automation & Equipment Engineering, including equipment integration and troubleshooting in semiconductor manufacturing.
·  Familiar with semiconductor equipment integration and troubleshooting.
·  Experience with Lean, Operational Excellence methodologies, and data analytics for performance monitoring and decision‑making.
