Assitant Maintenance Engineer (SG6/8 Etch) M/F
As an (assistant) maintenance engineer in ETCH module in STMicroelectronics, you will
a) maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
b) ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Tool Owners & Tool Specialist & Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed Production targets.
c) provide cross functional / cross-dept / cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority.
d) share technical knowledge and lesson learnt with new colleagues.
e) respond to equipment eSTAR alarms or Maestria APC alarms at real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
f) perform CM & PM activities to ensure equipment operate within spec and within scheduled PM counters or durations.
g) ensure proper passdown with all process / hardware details and actions taken, clearly listed inside the TPMC and Passdown report.
h) maintain stringent safety standard, support CERT activities
i) practice workplace and equipment 5S Housekeeping.
A candidate that best fits for this role should/have be:
a) a diploma or degree holder in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic engineering.
b) preferably minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance/equipment engineering in Semiconductor industry.
c) preferably knowledge in ETCH equipment, especially in Resist stripping tools like Mattson, Gasonic, Axcellis, etc. Stabilization tools like Fusion Axcelis.
d) good interpersonal skills.
e) good in communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English.
f) willing to work in dynamic environment.
