Job description
The position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flexible and dynamic team, working to design ASIC for key customers. The role is within Catania design team which includes all disciplines required for implementation of full custom Application specific integrated circuit. The Role: The position of Analog IC Engineer requires the candidate to have a strong knowledge in analog design. The candidate will design and verify analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits block/IP for ASIC (switched cap circuits, DC/DC converter, noise analysis & device matching are desired). The candidate will supervise the layout implementation phase, support and contribute to the validation at the lab characterization phase.
Profile
A strong know-how on analog/mixed signal product development. Knowledge of Verilog, system Verilog, VHDL languages. A strong knowledge in analog design flow and development tools like Spice, Eldo, Cadence. o Experience or project work in DC/DC converter, ADC, DAC, CMOS Operational Amplifier, CMOS Low Noise Amplifier, switched capacitor circuits.
The candidate must be a team focused and highly motivated individual. Collaboration with colleagues is a key factor for success. Strong communication skills are mandatory.
The Skills & Experiences: Master Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering. PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering or equivalent is a plus.
