Job description

- Accelerate  market share growth across Southern California mass market customers, with strategic and tactical attention on expanding our product and customer base.

- Develop and own influential distribution relationships at all local branches, with a goal of increasing market design activity.

- Lead distribution activities including opportunity reviews, product trainings, executive business reviews, and block diagram sessions.

- Drive customer meetings with distribution partners to promote and win ST opportunities.

- Manage new opportunity leads and registration programs.

- Maintain SalesForce Opportunities and bottoms-up revenue forecast.


- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields; BS Electrical Engineering Degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the semiconductor market in a customer facing role, with working knowledge of distribution sales channel.

- Work from home in Southern California (Orange County a plus) with travel across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego regions.

- Self-Starter attitude with a deep desire to win.

- Ability to collaborate across a wide range of personalities and cross functional roles.

- Exceptional organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills.
