Sales Team Lead
About the Role
Corma is looking for a motivational and results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee our sales operations, with a focus on team performance, pipeline growth, and strategic sales .
You are joining Corma at an exciting moment, with a fresh fundraise in our back, we have started building a sales team that you will actively shape and drive forward. It is an exciting moment to join this dream team of product machines and sales engines. Now is the time to scale up up on all levels, pushed by a strong tech solution that has product-market-fit we are now scaling across teams to tackle markets in Europe and the US.
In this role, you will:

Grow the revenue with Strategic Account Sales:
· Identify, hunt and close high-potential accounts.
· Oversee complex deal cycles, from prospecting to closure, while collaborating with tech, finance, and product teams to remove blockers.

Scaling up the Outbound machine:
· You will lead (with the Sales Lead) the outbound prospecting activities, identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential new clients
· Work to refine and better leverage the data to proactively and prescriptively run the business

Build and develop the team
· Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in our team of BDRs that generate prospects and AEs that manage the pipeline from start to finish.
· Define clear KPIs, provide regular coaching, and implement training programs to upskill team members.
· Lead hiring efforts to expand the sales team with top talent, ensuring alignment with Corma’s growth objectives.
· Foster a sales culture of proximity and sales performance

Monitor and manage Pipeline & Performance:
· Monitor team pipeline health, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities and accurate forecasting.
· Implement data-driven processes to track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, deal velocity) and optimize sales workflows.

Collaboration across functions:
· Push our product even further by forwarding customer feedback so we push the right features on time.
· Work closely with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies and align messaging for targeted accounts.
· Collaborate with customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term client satisfaction.

Reporting & Strategy:
· Provide executive leadership with regular updates on team performance, market trends, and revenue projections.
· Contribute to sales strategy, identifying opportunities for process improvements and scalability.

Our sales culture

Join the team (2 selling founders, 2 AEs, 3BDRs) that challenges how IT is being done. We play it as a team . While we sprint alone, we collaborate inside the team to get the deal. We have weekly training and coaching sessions based on a personal development plan.

We work with account-based sales with an average deal-cycle of 2-3 months. You will work in your own perimeter where you have the lead to book the meeting or close the customer no matter what.

Preferred Experience
Who We Are Looking For:

Creative and Ambitious: You enjoy working with a driven team that aims to grow.
·
Proactive: You take initiative and are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You create structures where they are not yet in place and take immediate action when an opportunity arises.
·
Sales Experience: Ideally, you have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sales within an IT or tech environment.
·
Sales Leadership : Ideally, you already showed that you can form a team and build, nurture & lead sales people. You are experienced in training and coaching colleagues.
·
Technical Interest: You can quickly grasp technical concepts and have an interest in them, though you don't need to be an engineer. Ideally, you are used to selling to IT and security teams.
·
Bilingual: You speak both French and English professionally, as we work in English but operate within a French-speaking ecosystem.
