Descriptif du poste

Reports To Sales Manager

As a sales support , you may have many duties like handling the administrative tasks to make sure the sales team is running smoothly.
You may be the communication liaison between departments or between sales teams and senior management.

·  Create contracts, quotes, and RFI/RFP responses for potential clients
·  Keep each quote with precise configurations and pricing
·  Updates all contact information for clients
·  Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
·  Providing data and guides to help the sales team
·  Maintain each sales documentation applications and tools
·  Carry out, arrange, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the occurrence of errors
·  Suggest sales process improvements

Profil recherché

·  Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
·  Hands on experience with CRM systems
·  In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
·  Analytical and multitasking skills
·  Teamwork and motivational skills
·  Proficiency in MS Office
·  Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
·  Good time-management skills
·  Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
·  Reporting Skills, Administrative Skills, Attention to Detail
