Descriptif du poste

Reports To Head of Sales

The Sales Manager Mid Market is responsible for a team of Accounts Executive and SDR.

·  Proactively look for new revenue generating opportunities
·  Recruit, enable and train new hires to the team
·  Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
·  Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
·  Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Profil recherché

·  3-5 years of experience in a quota carrying SAAS sales role
·  3-5 years of experience in a sales management role
·  Experience coaching and mentoring team members
·  Proven record of success, and the understanding of both the customer buying process and the sales methodology
·  Strong business sense and strong communication skills
·  Accountable for business growth and target attainment through accurate pipeline management and forecasting
·  A charismatic leader, who can attract talent and has the ability to grow the team into the next phase of their development
