SMOOSS a pour mission de permettre aux compagnies aériennes et ferroviaires d’apporter des services personnalisés à leurs passagers.

Concrètement, les services proposés par SMOOSS sont des ancillaries (services additionnels tels que le surclassement ou les options siège) et des solutions de prise en charge en cas d’aléa d’exploitation. Dans les deux cas, ces services permettent d’améliorer l’expérience passager et d’augmenter la marge de la compagnie. Ils sont proposés grâce à une technologie SaaS (« Software as a Service »).

Fondée en 2019 par quatre anciens spécialistes du pricing dans les secteurs des transports et de la technologie, SMOOSS travaille aujourd’hui pour Air France, Corsair et Transavia. Elle fait partie des start-up primées par les accélérateurs américains Plug & Play et Phocuswright (« 10 start-up to watch in 2021 »).

Job Description

As a Sales Business Developer intern in SMOOSS Paris office, your primary focus will be on Sales & Business development, but you will also contribute to Customer success & product development.

Sales
• Research and prospect potential sales targets (verticals, customer segments, emails, phone numbers, etc) and gather key lead information in line with SMOOSS.
• Understand the business and the buying cycle of the leads.
• Document all daily activities in CRM.
• Work closely with the head of sales to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Always represent SMOOSS with integrity and professionalism in all written and oral communications

Customer success & Product development
• Follow the performance of SMOOSS’ solutions in production (track KPIs, analyze gaps, propose enhancements)
• Prepare new products implementation, document product features & propose new ones based on users feedback

Preferred Experience

Currently in you last year of Business school, you are looking forward to a first experience in a fast-growing b2b start-up.
You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent analyzing and writing skills.
You are fluent in English and French.
Interest in and/or knowledge of the travel industry and revenue management would be a plus.

Conditions

This internship position based in Paris (Station F, 13ème) is to be staffed for a minimum duration of 6 months
