A Day in the Life
As a Regional Fulfilment Director based in Paris, you will report to the Fulfilment Center Network Director - Europe and play a pivotal role in our European Operations. You will join a strategic team of experts, driving the performance and transformation of our Distribution Center (DC) network across 5-7 countries.
· Drive Strategic Transformation: Define and implement a multi-country warehousing and transport roadmap, leading large-scale transformation programs including WMS migrations and the acceleration of our automation agenda.
· Ensure Operational Excellence: Master and steer logistics KPIs to identify performance gaps. You will endorse and supervise multi-million Euro budgets, driving a culture of continuous improvement across the network.
· Lead Partner Ecosystem: Manage and optimize our ecosystem of 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs brokers through robust SLAs and contracts to ensure service, quality, and cost efficiency.
· Champion Sustainable Logistics: Monitor and improve "Green KPIs," actively contributing to reducing our carbon footprint in transport and achieving "Zero Waste" goals within our warehouses.
We Are Looking For
You are a seasoned leader with a proven ability to drive change in a complex, matrix environment. You thrive on influencing senior stakeholders and can translate strategic vision into tangible operational results. We are looking for someone with:
· A highly experienced background in managing large, automated distribution centers.
· Supply Chain Management: Expertise in network optimization and logistics strategy.
· Transformation Management: A track record of deploying large-scale projects like WMS implementations or automation.
· Stakeholder Management: The political savvy to navigate a matrix organization, align priorities, and influence senior leaders.
· Operational Excellence: A data-driven mindset with mastery of logistics KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.
· Fluency in English is mandatory. This role requires travel approximately one week per month.
