Job Description
Greenly is a B corp certified SaaS founded in 2019 by Alexis , Matthieu and Arnaud . Our platform streamlines data collection and analysis through integrations, making the calculation of carbon emissions accurate, intuitive, and affordable. Every day, we work with the goal of enabling companies to commit to a carbon reduction trajectory and to engage their entire ecosystem (employees, clients, suppliers) around their climate strategy. Greenly supports clients within all industries. Currently working with over 2,500 clients, our assistance goes beyond basic carbon assessments by also including services such as Green IT, lifecycle analysis (LCA), and compliance with SBTi and CSRD initiatives.

About the team
As a Product Engineer, you will be part of our Engineering team within the “Deliverables” squad.
Product Engineers are the Swiss knife of our company, working both on the implementation of features and the definition of specs. This is a high-growth role that will allow you to progress technically while developing your product sense.
The team’s goal is to display a detailed carbon footprint breakdown for our clients, providing valuable insights to help them understand their emissions and develop effective climate strategies for reduction.
Additionally, the team is focused on building automated reporting capabilities. As a reporting company, we deliver strong value by assisting customers with reports creation, and the most effective support we can offer is to automate this process: building the reports for them.
About the role
An ideal role for a generalist engineer with a background in software:
· : Develop new features to help client understand their results by displaying the most relevant data
· : Discuss needs with key stakeholders (clients, sales, delivery team) and build a relevant strategy to tackle the need
· : Build/improve parts of our client-facing product: Automated reports using Google Slides API (Python / JavaScript / SQL), Luzmo dashboards for data visualization (SQL)
· : Investigate and resolve bugs, technical support to other teams, data exploration,…
You are a fit for this role if you have...
· Enrolled in Engineering Diploma : you are graduating from a well recognized Engineering School/ University. You have build a solid theoretical background and you are looking forward to apply these skills to solve real problems.

· Dev Knowledge You are familiar with Python and SQL. JavaScript / TypeScript are a plus.
· Eager to dive into best tools to solve your issues You are interested into learning how to use low code tools such as Retool, Make, Luzmo.

The recruitment process
· Introduction call with the team (Alexandre, Léo-Paul) or our Talent Acquisition Manager Sabina
· Meet a member of the team to exchange on the position, the company, and your expectations.
· Technical test to do at home. (takes a couple of hours/half a day).
· 2nd call to debrief over the test with some additional technical questions
