About

SnapCall est un nouvel acteur qui disrupte l'experience voix traditionnelle à travers le web et les apps

·  Terminé le numéro de téléphone, un simple bouton pour appeler la bonne personne directement
·  On arrête la tarification à la minute, juste un forfait mensuel
·  Pour la première fois, transmettez de la donnée digitale avec un appel

L'idée est de fluidifier l'experience digitale en positionnant des boutons d'appels aux endroits stratégiques des sites web et des apps. L'association de la voix avec la data qui en découle permet de générer des leads qualifiés, d'optimiser les parcours digitaux pour finalement améliorer les taux de conversions.

What you will do

As a product designer, your are leading the product's UX/UI and have a direct impact on our SaaS product

We are looking for a triple-A candidate with strong artistic talent and analytical skills.

Tasks

·  Partner with founders to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the design process
·  Design elegant flows & interactions for our new features
·  Participate to our UI styleguide evolution
·  Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. snapcall button)

What we are looking for

·  Exceptional product culture
·  Very confortable designing UI for both web and mobile
·  Strong UX sensitivity and analytical skills
·  Capable to design icon sets and various identity assets
·  Mastery of Sketch
·  Strong communication skills to engage with all stakeholders within the company
·  Use to work with a product manager and front-end dev. to ship pixel perfect products
