Le projet de M Éducation part d’une vision simple : réinventer l’éducation pour la rendre plus innovante et accessible à tous.

Depuis 2017, M Éducation a à cœur de créer un nouveau modèle d'école maternelle qui offre à chaque enfant une éducation personnalisée et contribue à la réduction des inégalités scolaires grâce à notre Fondation.

Nous avons actuellement 5 écoles maternelles (Paris 5ᵉ, 14ᵉ, 15ᵉ, 19ᵉ et Clichy). D'ici à 2027, notre objectif est de développer un réseau de 12 écoles maternelles bilingues et innovantes.

L'école M a été fondée par une équipe passionnée et expérimentée :

·  Stéphane Le Viet : serial entrepreneur (Multiposting, Work4, Ekie)
·  Maxime Faguer : business développement (Bpifrance) et éducation (Article 1).

Aujourd'hui, cette équipe se compose d'une cinquantaine de personnes passionnées par l'éducation et désireux du changement.

Ecole M is a group of 6 bilingual preschools located in Paris 5, Paris 11, Paris 14, Paris 15, Paris 19, Paris 20 and Clichy, offering an innovative pedagogical program based on 5 pillars: personalized teaching, active pedagogies, socio-emotional learning, the family-school relationship and bilingualism.

We are currently hiring English-speaking teachers in the following schools in Paris :

· 
48 allée Darius Milhaud, 75019 Paris

· 
5 rue André Lefebvre, 75015 Paris 

· 
2 new locations to be disclosed in Paris intra-muros

Job Description

As part of the development of our École M network, we are hiring all year long and opening two schools in Paris intra-muros for the start of the 2026 school year, and are recruiting two English-speaking teachers.

· 
You will teach in a multi-level class with children aged 2 to 5 years old alongside a French-speaking teacher.

· 
You will be responsible for preparing and developing the work plan for your class, in accordance with the school project, the pedagogical project and the national curriculum. You will work closely with the other members of the teaching team.

· 
You will determine the academic and socio-emotional learning objectives for each child, and establish an individualized work plan to achieve these objectives.

· 
You will share learning objectives, assessment tools and results with colleagues, families and students.

· 
You will contribute to building a strong and positive relationship with students, families and other members of the teaching team and the school.

· 
You will contribute to the development of the school through your passion for teaching, your open-mindedness and your interpersonal skills.

· 
You will collaborate with researchers, designers, developers and other educators to develop a new and innovative pre-school model.

Preferred Experience

Qualifications

· 
You are a passionate teacher with significant experience, ideally in different environments, countries and/or school systems.

· 
You are are warm and caring and put children first. 

· 
You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with your colleagues.

· 
You are passionate about teaching with a good knowledge of child development in theory and practice. You use innovative methods and tools in your teaching.

· 
You are motivated, open-minded, dynamic and creative, but also rigorous, patient and organized. 

· 
You want to get involved in an entrepreneurial project and master modern software and collaboration tools.
